Our family-owned and managed property features 3,000 square ft of space, including: 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, an outdoor shower, game room, loft areas, and back patio overlooking the water. There is plenty of natural light and room to spread out in one of the largest homes on the island.
Enjoy the screened back porch with a cup of coffee, look out to the backwater, watch birds and even dolphins. If it's a chilly night, enjoy the fire pit and look to the stars.

"Beautifully decorated and styled throughout, exceptionally clean with many thoughtful amenities…we especially enjoyed the local ground coffee gift she left on the kitchen table for us! The kitchen is very well-equipped and I easily prepared a nice pot of seafood chowder with fresh local shrimp and scallops. The neighborhood is very quiet and the large porch with the view of the water and sweet yard were perfect for birdwatching the many local birds and pair of ospreys that nested nearby…our small dog was happy too!"

"Beautiful home, pet friendly. Nice quiet location. Dock street was far enough away that no noise or disturbance from the nightlife. The island is small, so it was still just a few minutes via golf cart. Wonderful spot that I will try to stay again."
